These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using this site you agree to these Terms.

This website offers The Power of Tahajjud as a digital edition and accepts voluntary donations in support of the work. We also link to third-party storefronts (including Amazon, Google Play Books, and Apple Books) where you can purchase physical or alternative digital editions. Specific product details and pricing are displayed at the point of purchase.

Purchases and donations made directly on this site are processed securely through our payment providers, which may include Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Paddle, and Gumroad. By completing a purchase you agree to the applicable payment provider's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.

Purchases made through third-party storefronts (Amazon, Google Play Books, Apple Books, and others) are transactions solely between you and that platform. Their terms, pricing, and return policies apply. We have no involvement in or liability for those transactions.

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date by emailing contact@omnitryx.ca with your order details. Donations are non-refundable. For physical copies purchased through third-party platforms, their own return policies apply. See our full Refund Policy for details.

All content on this website, including text, images, design, and the book itself, is the intellectual property of Omnitryx Inc. and/or Jawwad Ahmed Abbasi. Purchasing a digital or physical edition grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to read the content for your own use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell any part of the work without written permission.

This website and its content are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnitryx Inc.'s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of this website after changes signifies acceptance.
