If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. To request a refund, email us at contact@omnitryx.ca with your order details and we will process it promptly.

For physical copies purchased through Amazon or other third-party storefronts, refunds are subject to that platform's own return policy. Please contact them directly for any issues with a physical order.

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. By completing a donation you acknowledge that you are making a gift with no expectation of a product, service, or return in exchange.
